Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the Commerce with Sunil mobile application and website. Please read them before creating an account. By signing up or making a purchase you confirm that you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.

1. Who may use the app

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you may use the app only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf and is responsible for any payment you make.

2. Your account

• One account per person. Your account is registered against your mobile number and verified by OTP.
• Give accurate details and keep them current. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
• Keep your password confidential. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else is using your account.
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Sharing your login so that others can access paid content is a breach of these terms.

3. What you get when you buy a course

Buying a course gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access that course inside the app for the access period stated on the course page. You are buying access, not ownership of the material.

You may:

• Watch the lessons and read the notes for your own study, as often as you like.
• Download the notes that we make available for download, for your own offline study.

You may not:

• Record, screen-capture, re-upload, stream, or re-publish any video or note.
• Share, sell, rent, or redistribute course content in any form, paid or free.
• Share your login credentials with anyone else.
• Use automated tools to scrape, bulk-download, or extract content, or try to bypass the app's content protection.
• Use the content to run a competing coaching service.

All course videos, notes, e-books, question banks and branding remain our intellectual property, or that of our licensors.

4. Community and doubt rules

Doubts, replies, comments and community posts are visible to other learners. When posting, do not:

• Post abusive, obscene, hateful, threatening or discriminatory content.
• Post spam, advertisements, or links to pirated material.
• Share anyone's personal information, including your own phone number or address.
• Impersonate our teachers, staff, or another learner.

You keep ownership of what you post, but you grant us permission to display it within the app and to moderate it. We may remove any post and, for serious or repeated breaches, suspend or terminate the account behind it.

5. Pricing and payment

• All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your payment is subject to Razorpay's own terms in addition to these.
• Access is granted once payment is confirmed. If money leaves your account but access is not granted, contact us and we will resolve it.
• We may change the price of any course at any time. A change never affects a course you have already bought.
• Coupons are subject to their own validity dates and usage limits and may be withdrawn at any time.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Service availability and changes

We work to keep the app available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Access may be suspended for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. We may add, change, or withdraw features. If we permanently withdraw a course you have paid for and still have valid access to, we will provide a comparable replacement or a pro-rata refund.

Live class schedules may change. Where a live session is cancelled, we will reschedule it or make a recording available.

7. The AI study assistant

The built-in assistant generates answers automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. It is a study aid, not a substitute for your teacher or the course material, and its answers should not be relied on as authoritative for examinations. Fair-use limits apply to how many questions can be asked in a period.

8. Educational disclaimer

All content is for educational purposes. Commerce with Sunil is not affiliated with any government or examination body. We do not guarantee any particular examination result, score, rank, or career outcome. Your results depend on your own effort.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the app or a course is limited to the amount you actually paid us for that course in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost opportunity, lost examination attempts, or loss of data.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without refund if you breach these terms — in particular by pirating or redistributing course content, sharing your login, or abusing other learners. You may stop using the app at any time and request deletion of your account through our data deletion page.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. We encourage you to contact us first — nearly every issue is resolved without formal proceedings.

12. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. The revision date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and material changes will be notified in the app. Continuing to use Commerce with Sunil after a change means you accept the revised terms.
